Production speeds, lead times, shipping, and custom quotes for larger runs.

  1. 01 Production speed: Standard vs. Expedited Production speed is a single batch-wide toggle in the totals bar. This page explains what Expedited changes, what it does not, and why it applies to the whole batch.
  2. 02 Lead times Each part has its own lead time based on process, material, finish, quantity, and speed. The batch lead time is the longest part lead time.
  3. 03 Shipping and tracking Orders ship with DHL, consolidated into one parcel where possible, and tracking numbers appear on the order page once the parcel is dispatched.
  4. 04 Custom quotes Quantities above 100, assembly files, and unusual requirements go through a custom quote requested from the upload or edit screen, with sales follow-up by email.
